The caliber of participants was incredible. Truly one of the best pitch competitions I have attended.

Attendee

Pitching at The Women in AI Competition was genuinely one of the highlights of my year so far. The energy in the room was unlike anything I've been part of. I'm so grateful to have been included.

Finalist founder

Sponsoring the pitch competition was a hugely successful activation for our company - among attendees, we saw a 70% conversion rate, which is unheard of.

Series sponsor

Amazing work! I was blown away with the quality of this pitch competition, and I have participated in a lot of them over the years.

Judge

The quality of founders is excellent—not just AI wrappers or super early-stage companies, but repeat founders and founders with meaningful traction who are investor-ready.

Venture investor & judge

I got to attend the pitch competition Oasis hosted with SVB and Flybridge. The founders were so impressive - among the best traction I've seen from pre-seed & seed founders (on par with The Pitch!).

Mina is the founder of Genee, an AI-powered coaching platform that helps people practice high-stakes workplace conversations in a safe, supportive environment alongside 1:1 human coaches.

She also founded AI After 5, a curated global learning community for ambitious women — chapters in London, New York, Toronto and Dublin, cohort-based workshops, mentorship and networking after hours.

Before founding, Mina spent eight-plus years at Google across HR, privacy, safety and security — most recently leading AI education and upskilling initiatives, helping teams adopt emerging tools and integrate AI into everyday work.

Juliet is the founder of Oasis Collective, the 501(c)(3) advancing women's role in tech for a more equitable and ethical future — building spaces where emerging women leaders connect, collaborate and find their next co-founder.

She founded and operates San Francisco's first all-women's AI tech house, hosting founders and visiting fellows and helping women relocate to the Bay Area to scale their companies and careers.

Through speaker events, demo days and the pitch series, she gives women founders the platform and investor exposure the market still withholds — the 2% funding gap is the scoreboard she is working against.
